The entrepreneur who I have decided to focus on is my cousin brother, who to stop working for someone else and in an effort to start something of his own, started his fisheries business, and that has been running successfully for the last two years. He had started the initiative with three workers, including himself, and today, over 50 people work under him, and they successfully manage domestic of fishes across the various states. When he had started off, was only sure about one thing; that he would never give up and also believe in his team, and today that has helped him create a successful and collaborative team that trust one another.
